Concept
笠戸大橋（かさどおおはし）は山口県下松市の笠戸湾にかかる橋です。
深紅に塗装された美しい橋で、下松市のシンボルともなっています。
この橋を組子で製作させていただき、大城温泉 国民宿舎 「大城」様の受付カウンターの背面部分に設置されました。
笠戸大橋の美しさを表現するために木材の色味のほか、文様の密度の組み合わせ、陰影に工夫を凝らしています。斜めからのアングルで立体感が出るような構図となっています。
Kasado Ohashi colored in ruby red is the symbolic bridge at Kudamatsu City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. We have delivered this symbolic bridge designed kumiko ramma to Ojo onsen hotel.
In order to express the beauty of Kasado Ohashi, besides carefully selecting the color of the wood, we have elaborately devised the combination of the pattern density and the shading. It has a composition that gives a three-dimensional effect at an oblique angle.
