Concept
香港に於いて和食で唯一ミシュラン3ツ星を獲得し続けてきた「すし志魂」様が、旧店舗から移転し、香港の5つ星ホテル＜ザ ランドマーク マンダリンオリエンタル香港＞内に新規オープンされました。
「日本の雲」をイメージしたモダンかつ存在感のある美術組子を製作させていただきました。
Sushi Shikon, the only Japanese restaurant in Hong Kong to have been awarded 3 Michelin stars, has relocated from its former location and opened a new restaurant in the 5-star hotel “The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong”.
We produced a modern and impressive art crafted with the image of “Japanese Clouds”.
