ロンドンの中心部・メイフェアに位置する5つ星ホテル「45 パークレーン」に、2023年7月1日に「鮨かねさか」様がオープンしました。ミシュラン2つ星を獲得している東京の「銀座 鮨 かねさか 本店」の支店となっています。
「45 パークレーン」はドーチェスター・コレクションに加盟の5つ星ホテルです。
組子のデザインはイギリス・ロンドン中心部ウェストミンスターに位置するハイド・パーク内に存在する人工の池(サーペンタイン・レイク)に着想を得て、調和と静寂の美を表現しています。
Sushi Kanesaka opened on July 1, 2023 at the 5-star hotel “45 Park Lane” located in Mayfair, central London. It is a branch of the “Ginza Sushi Kanesaka” main restaurant in Tokyo, which has been awarded two Michelin stars.
”45 Park Lane” is a 5-star hotel belonging to the Dorchester Collection.
The Kumiko design was inspired by the man-made pond (Serpentine Lake) in Hyde Park, located in Westminster, central London, and expresses the beauty of harmony and tranquility.
