Concept
ニューヨークのイーストビレッジに位置し、1984年から地域に愛され続けている江戸前寿司店「波崎」様。
2024年発表の麻の葉ちらし新シリーズ「あいの風」と「律の風」を納入させていただきました。
このデザインは、＜風が流れいく様＞をイメージした動きのある組子デザインとなっており、江戸前寿司店という生き生きとした空間において、さらなる活気を与える要素となりました。
また、絵画のように組子細工を飾っていただいたことで、ニューヨークのお客様が日本の工芸、文化の素晴らしさを気軽に感じ取ることができるようになっております。

Hasaki, an Edo-style sushi restaurant located in New York’s East Village, has been a favorite of the community since 1984.
We have delivered the new series of Asanoha chirashi “Prosperous Winds” and “Amber Gust,” which were announced in 2024.This design features a dynamic kumiko pattern inspired by the flow of wind, bringing added energy to the vibrant atmosphere of the Edomae sushi restaurant. Displayed like a piece of art, the kumiko craftsmanship allows customers in New York to effortlessly appreciate the beauty of Japanese artistry and culture. It enriches the traditional Japanese ambiance of HASAKI, making the space even more inviting.
